Terms & Conditions

Validity: The 4‑day pass is valid for four (4) consecutive Thursdays from the date of first use.
Continuity Requirement: To maintain the learning curve and ensure skill progression, sessions must be attended consecutively.
Non‑Transferable: The pass is issued per child and cannot be shared or transferred.
Missed Sessions: Absences cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Families are encouraged to commit to all four Thursdays to maximize the experience.
Start Date: The first session must be booked and confirmed at the time of purchase.
Inclusions: Each session includes guided horse activities, safety equipment, and all materials needed for the program.
Safety & Conduct: Children must follow instructor guidance at all times. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring readiness and appropriate behavior.
Observer Policy: Adults who wish to observe the session may do so for a fee of USD 7 per day, payable in cash on the day of attendance.
Refund Policy: Passes are non‑refundable once the first session has been attended.
