- Wild and untouched — collected directly from forest bee colonies, free from chemicals or farming.
- Rare and seasonal — available only during limited harvests, making each jar precious.
- Pure forest flavor — carries the taste of diverse wild blossoms unique to Subic Bay.
- Cultural heritage in a jar — every harvest preserves indigenous knowledge and resilience.

Why is it seasonal?
Ani ng Gubat honey is seasonal because the Aeta of Subic Bay traditionally harvest only during the dry months (January–May), when forest flowers are in bloom and bees produce abundant nectar. During the rainy season, they leave the combs untouched so the bees can survive, as food sources are scarce.
