Terms & Conditions
- Our program runs daily from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Sessions are available in blocks of 1.5 to 3 hours only.
- The latest drop‑off is 4:00 PM to ensure children have enough time to enjoy the full program before closing.
- Children must be picked up promptly at the end of their session. Late pick‑ups may incur additional fees.
- Single‑session fees are non‑refundable. Weekly and monthly passes may be adjusted only in cases of documented emergencies.
- All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance to secure a slot and allow us to prepare for each child’s experience.
- Members enjoy added flexibility and may book with just 8 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- Parents are welcome to observe from designated areas but must respect program boundaries to ensure a child‑led experience.
